Stefano Scolari is a philosopher, trainer and the originator of eticologia®. After his time at university, he worked as a company executive, consultant and trainer, bringing philosophical reflection to bear on the practical problems of organisations.
From this encounter between philosophy and practice, eticologia emerged: a perspective that studies the interaction between people, behaviour, values and environment, starting from the idea that our choices never take place in a vacuum but within contexts that can make some behaviours easier, more advantageous or more normal than others.
He is the author of Eticologia. Rendere l’etica naturale and the Quaderni, in which he applies philosophical and eticological reflection to specific topics.
He writes and speaks on the problems facing organisations and the transformations of contemporary society, with particular attention to the relationship between environment, behaviour, responsibility and the capacity to choose.
